Carabram's Filipino community sends letter of support and solidarity to Lapu-lapu

Carabram Brampton's Multicultural Festival – Statement of Solidarity

Carabram Brampton’s Multicultural Festival stands in unwavering solidarity with the Filipino community in Vancouver, Brampton, and across Canada following the horrific act of violence perpetrated against them. We are heartbroken by this attack, and we condemn it in the strongest possible terms.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the deceased, their loved ones, those who were injured and the many who are still in hospital

In dark moments such as these, we reaffirm our steadfast commitment to stand alongside our Filipino brothers and sisters. Your pain is our pain. Your strength is our inspiration. Carabram has always celebrated the beauty of diversity, and today, more than ever, we recommit ourselves to the core values of unity, compassion, and resilience.

To the Filipino community: you are not alone. We see you, we grieve with you, and we are resolved to support you now and always. Together, we will continue to build a Canada that stands firmly against violent attacks and forever champions love and respect.

We are stronger together.
